How it works (3 steps)

• 1. Reserve a slot: tell us your date, time window, item count, and group name/agency. We confirm capacity and assign a counter window.
• 2. Drop off at Exit 3: come to the entrance directly connected to Exit 3 and follow the KPLANZ signs. Staff count, tag, and record each item, and you receive a claim slip/QR.
• 3. Pick up & go: return within your booked window, show the slip/QR, and collect your items in minutes.

Capacity & handling

• Comfortable with 10–40+ items when booked in advance.
• From cabin carry-ons to large checked suitcases; oversized/irregular items accepted if they fit through the entrance and can be safely stored.
• Each item is tagged with a group ID and item number. Groups with reservations get a priority drop-off/pick-up window.

Important notes

• No storage or liability for valuables (cash, passports, jewelry, high-value electronics, collectibles, artwork, etc.).
• Prohibited: perishable foods, leaking liquids, hazardous/flammable goods, illegal items.
• Staffed counter only; customer areas are monitored. In-store service only — no hotel/airport delivery for this service.

Directions (Exit 3 → KPLANZ)

From Hongdae Station Exit 3, use the directly connected building entrance beside the escalator and follow the KPLANZ signs to our counter. It's designed for quick in-and-out during busy itineraries.

What's included

• One-way private transfer with a driver, up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases of any size. With 7+ suitcases, please tell us in advance — they may not fit.
• Toll and airport parking fees (for airport pickups).
• Real-time flight monitoring, with Arrivals Hall pickup (arrivals) or direct hotel pickup (departures).

Surcharges & options

• Late-night (22:00–06:00): +₩15,000. Arrivals are based on flight arrival time; departures on 4 hours before departure (e.g. a 3:00 AM flight = 11:00 PM pickup, so the surcharge applies).
• Extra stop (same route): +₩20,000.

Booking deposit

• A ₩20,000 deposit per one-way trip is required to confirm and prevent no-shows.
• Your reservation is confirmed as soon as the deposit is paid; the balance can be paid to the driver on boarding.

Pickup — Arrivals (airport → Seoul)

• We track your flight in real time. After customs and immigration, head to the Arrivals Hall.
• With the optional Picket Service (paid), the driver waits holding a sign with your name; without it, we send the exact meeting point by Instagram message.
• If immigration or baggage claim runs long, update us by Instagram so the driver knows.
• ICN: Terminal 1 & 2, Arrivals Hall (post-customs). GMP: International & Domestic, Arrivals Area (confirm your terminal when booking).

Pickup — Departures (Seoul → airport)

• Meet your driver at your hotel/building main entrance at the confirmed time.
• Suggested timing: ICN 4–4.5 hrs before flight; GMP 3–3.5 hrs (varies by location/traffic).
• If boarding is delayed after the driver arrives, a ₩10,000 fee applies per 20 minutes of waiting.

Luggage & seats

• Your booking must fit all passengers and luggage in one vehicle. (Reference: a 32″ suitcase is approx. 76 × 51 × 30 cm.)
• Special items (foldable strollers/wagons, golf bags, instruments, wheelchairs, etc.) must be declared in advance. Each adult and child needs their own seat.
• Drivers provide transport only and can't assist with host communication or check-in (e.g. Airbnb).

Night & holiday

A late-night surcharge applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00. Travel times can increase during peak seasons or holidays, so plan with buffer time.

Reschedule & cancellation (KST)

• Full refund: cancel by 5:00 PM KST, at least 5 business days before the service date.
• 50% refund: cancel by 5:00 PM KST, at least 2 business days before.
• No refund: after 5:00 PM KST 2 business days before, or for a no-show.
• Rescheduling: by 5:00 PM KST, at least 3 business days before; subject to availability, any fare difference may apply. Weekends and Korean public holidays are not business days.

What's included

• 9-hour private car charter with multi-stop routing and waiting time included.
• Seats up to 9 passengers, though 6 is recommended for comfort and luggage space.
• Driver-only service (no tour guide), operated by a legally registered agency with an insured fleet and professional drivers.

Pricing

• ₩440,000 for 9 hours. Additional discount for bookings of 2 days or more.
• Easy hourly extension; child / booster seat available on request.

Not included

• Attraction tickets and meals.

Snap photography (2–3 hr outdoor session)

We turn your moments into keepsakes with a relaxed walk-and-shoot flow, stopping at the best backdrops and light.

What you receive

• RAWs: exposure and white balance refined (all usable cuts).
• Retouched images: exposure, white balance, color tuning, and gentle skin-softening for a clean, natural look.
• Delivery: a web gallery link for download and selection.

Group size & add-ons

• Packages include up to 4 people; each additional person +₩30,000.
• Hair & makeup (by appointment): women ₩200,000 / men ₩160,000, by professional wedding-grade artists, in-studio or on-site.
• Hanbok rental: ₩20,000 full day for snap clients (regular ₩32,000). Keep the hanbok for the rest of the day after shooting.

Recommended locations & timing

• Palaces & hanok: grand gates, wooden corridors, stone walls, courtyards.
• Bukchon & Samcheong-dong: classic alleys, steps, tiled roofs.
• Hongdae area: lively streets, murals, evening neon.
• Soft morning light or late-afternoon/blue hour gives the most flattering tones.
