Checkout is in the morning and the next room opens in the afternoon. Even if you can leave your bags, returning for them changes your route. Plan where the luggage needs to go before planning the day.

Short answer Ask KPLANZ about luggage pickup, storage and delivery with both addresses, dates, bag sizes and storage duration. Availability, handover arrangements and prices are confirmed individually after consultation. Transport is separate from Hongdae in-store storage.

Choose the service you actually need

For drop-off and collection at the shop, check the storage page. If you need collection at one accommodation and delivery to another, contact KPLANZ separately. Specify that you mean travel luggage: equipment-rental delivery is a different request.

Six details for a useful quote

  1. Pickup date and preferred window, including checkout time.
  2. Pickup accommodation name and full address.
  3. Bag count and sizes; add photos for unusual items.
  4. Storage period, including whether delivery is on the same day or later.
  5. Delivery address, preferred window and receiver.
  6. Access conditions such as stairs, lifts or vehicle restrictions.

Ask how storage, collection and delivery charges are itemised and when extra charges apply. Coverage and time windows require confirmation.

Will the front desk hand over the bags?

Get the accommodation’s agreement to release or receive luggage on your behalf. A reception desk does not automatically provide this service. Label and count the bags, agree who handles each handover and discuss access for unstaffed properties through KPLANZ’s agreed process.

Keep essentials with you

Carry passports, cash, jewellery, high-value electronics and valuable artwork yourself. Perishable food, leaking liquids, hazardous and illegal items are not accepted. Oversized or unusual items need prior approval. Keep any medicine, spare clothes and baby supplies needed before delivery in your day bag.

Confirm the handover before fixing your itinerary

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Agree availability, final charges, pickup and delivery windows, contact people and change conditions. Do not rely on an unconfirmed same-day slot. If the requested route is unavailable, compare short-term shop storage or longer storage with direct collection.
