The luggage math stops working fast

Family rental questions, answered
Can one reservation cover items from different categories?
Yes — mixed bundles are the norm for family bookings. A typical three-generation reservation combines a stroller, a wheelchair or rollator, a car seat, and a Dyson, all confirmed in one message and picked up together.
How far in advance should a family book?
At least 48 hours, and earlier during peak seasons (April–May, September–October, and Korean holidays). Family-favorite items like the full-feature stroller and the Rollz Motion 2 sell out first, and stock changes often.
We land at Incheon with everyone and everything. What’s the smoothest first day?
Take the AREX airport express directly to Hongik Univ. Station — no transfers — and pick up your gear at Exit 3 before heading to the hotel. If check-in is still hours away, group luggage storage is available in the same neighborhood, so nobody sightsees with a suitcase.
Do grandparents need to be full-time wheelchair users to benefit?
No — the most popular senior option is actually the rollator or the Rollz 2-in-1, designed for people who can walk but need to rest often. They walk when they want, sit the moment they need to, and switch to wheelchair mode on long days.
What about deposits for a multi-item family bundle?
Each item carries a refundable deposit (₩50,000–₩300,000 depending on the item). For in-store pickup you can pay by card or cash; for delivery or airport pickup, deposits are cash only. Everything is refunded at return.
