- Drop off at Exit 3. Come to the entrance directly connected to Hongdae Station Exit 3 and follow the KPLANZ signs. Our staff takes your bags at the counter.
- Pick up and go. Come back within your booked window. Collect your bags and you’re out in a few minutes.
Why Hongdae Station Exit 3 matters for groups
Location is half the value here. Hongdae Station is where the AREX Airport Railroad meets Line 2, which means:
- Straight from Incheon Airport. Drop the AREX → walk to Exit 3 → drop bags → lunch. No transfers.
- Easy pivot to the rest of Seoul. Line 2 connects you to Myeongdong, Gangnam, Itaewon, and Ewha without needing your luggage with you.
- Step-free access. Our entrance from Exit 3 is on a slope, not stairs — easier with rollers, easier if anyone in your group has mobility needs, and honestly easier in rain or snow.
Translation: you can drop your bags, spend the day in Nami Island or Gyeongbokgung, and be back at Hongdae for dinner and your hotel check-in — without dragging suitcases through three subway transfers.

We try to be upfront about what we don’t do, so you can plan around it:
- Keep your passports and valuables on you. Our space is monitored, but for peace of mind we’d rather you hang on to the important stuff yourself.
- No perishables or leaky liquids. Standard — anything that could spoil or spill onto someone else’s bag is out.
- Pickup and return are in-store. Hotel or airport delivery can sometimes be arranged depending on our schedule and vehicle availability — ask us in advance for a quote.

How far in advance should our group reserve?
For group bookings, we recommend reaching out at least one day in advance so we can confirm capacity and schedule your drop-off window.
Can we store passports or valuables?
Our store is monitored by CCTV, but we recommend keeping passports and valuables with you personally — just in case. Better safe than sorry.
