How it works (3 simple steps)

• 1. Reserve a slot: Tell us your date, time window, item count, and group name/agency. We’ll confirm capacity and assign a counter window.
• 2. Drop off at Exit 3: Come to the building entrance directly connected to Exit 3 (follow KPLANZ signs). Our staff will count, tag, and record each item. You’ll receive a claim slip/QR.
• 3. Pick up & go: Return within your booked window, present the slip/QR, and collect your items in minutes.

Capacity & Handling

• Volume: comfortable with 10–40+ items when booked in advance.
• Sizes: from cabin carry-ons to large checked suitcases. Oversized/irregular items accepted if they can pass through the entrance and be safely stored.
• Tagging: each item is tagged with group ID + item number.
• Priority counter: groups with reservations receive a dedicated drop-off/pick-up window to avoid congestion.

Important Notes & Limitations

• No storage or liability for valuables: cash, passports, jewelry, high-value electronics, collectibles, artwork, etc.
• Prohibited items: perishable foods, liquids that may leak, hazardous/flammable goods, illegal items.
• Security & access: staffed counter only; customer areas are monitored.
• In-store only: we do not provide hotel/airport delivery or third-party handoffs.

Directions (Exit 3 → KPLANZ)

From Hongdae Station Exit 3, use the directly connected building entrance beside the escalator and follow the KPLANZ signs to our counter. It’s designed for quick in-and-out during busy itineraries.

What’s Included

• One-way private transfer with a driver. Max 6 passengers per booking. Accommodates up to 6 suitcases of any size. If you have 7 or more suitcases, please notify us in advance — they may not fit in the vehicle.
• Toll & airport parking fees (for airport pickups).
• Real-time flight monitoring + Arrivals Hall pickup (Arrivals) / direct hotel pickup (Departures).

Surcharges & Options

• Late-night surcharge (22:00–06:00): +KRW 15,000
  • Arrivals: based on flight arrival time.
  • Departures: based on 4 hours before flight departure time. (e.g., for a 3:00 AM departing flight, the pickup time is calculated as 11:00 PM, so the late-night surcharge applies.)
• Extra stop (same route): +KRW 20,000

Booking Deposit

• To confirm your reservation, a booking deposit of KRW 20,000 per one-way trip is required.
• This deposit is collected to prevent no-shows.
• Your reservation is confirmed immediately upon completion of the deposit payment.
• The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

How Pickup Works — Arrivals (Airport → Seoul)

• We track your flight in real time.
• After clearing customs and immigration, please proceed to the Arrivals Hall.
• Meeting Point Guide:
  • If you requested the Picket Service (paid): the driver will wait at the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name.
  • If you did not request the Picket Service: we will send you the exact meeting point with the driver via Instagram message.
• If immigration or baggage claim takes unusually long, please update us via Instagram message so the driver is aware.
• Incheon Airport (ICN): Terminal 1 & 2 — Arrivals Hall, post-customs.
• Gimpo Airport (GMP): International & Domestic Terminals — Arrivals Area. (Please confirm your terminal when booking.)

How Pickup Works — Departures (Seoul → Airport)

• Meet your driver at the main entrance of your hotel/building at the confirmed time.
• Suggested pickup timing: ICN — 4 to 4.5 hours before flight; GMP — 3 to 3.5 hours before flight (varies by location/traffic).
• If passenger boarding is delayed after the driver’s arrival, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for every 20 minutes of waiting.

Luggage & Seats

• Your booking must safely accommodate all passengers and luggage in one vehicle.
• (Reference) 32-inch suitcase size: approx. 76 × 51 × 30 cm (varies by brand).
• Special items (foldable strollers/wagons, golf bags, instruments, wheelchairs, etc.) must be declared in advance.
• Each adult and child must occupy their own seat.
• Drivers provide transport services only and cannot assist with host communication or check-in (e.g., Airbnb).

Night & Holiday Notes

• A late-night surcharge applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00.
• Travel times may increase during peak seasons or holidays; please plan with sufficient buffer time.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy (KST)

• 100% Full Refund: Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 5 business days before the service date.
• 50% Partial Refund: Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 2 business days before the service date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made after 5:00 PM (KST) 2 business days before the service date, or in the case of a no-show.
• Rescheduling: Requests must be made by 5:00 PM (KST), at least 3 business days before the service date. Subject to vehicle availability; any fare difference may apply.
• Business Day Definition: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Korean public holidays are excluded from business days.

What’s Included

• 9-hour private car charter with multi-stop routing and waiting included.
• Seats up to 9 passengers — however, a maximum of 6 passengers is recommended for comfort and luggage space.
• Driver-only transportation service (no tour guide included).
• Operated by a legally registered travel agency with a fully insured fleet and professional drivers.

Pricing

• KRW 440,000 for 9 hours.
• Additional discount available for bookings of 2 days or more.

We turn your moments into keepsakes with a relaxed walk-and-shoot flow, stopping at the best backdrops and light.

What you receive

• RAWs: exposure & white balance refined (all usable cuts).
• Retouched images: exposure, white balance, color tuning, and gentle skin-softening for a clean, natural look.
• Delivery: web gallery link for download & selection.

Group Size & Add-ons

• Packages include up to 4 people; each additional person +KRW 30,000.
• Hair & Makeup (by appointment): Women KRW 200,000 / Men KRW 160,000. Handled by professional wedding-grade artists, either in-studio or on-site depending on schedule.
• Hanbok Rental (Oneday Hanbok / Seohwa Hanbok): KRW 20,000 full-day for snap clients (regular price KRW 32,000). Enjoy your hanbok for the rest of the day even after shooting.

Recommended Locations & Timing

• Palaces & Hanok: grand gates, wooden corridors, stone walls, and courtyards.
• Bukchon & Samcheong-dong: classic alleys, steps, and tiled roofs.
• Hongdae area: lively streets, murals, evening neon.
• Tip: soft morning light or late-afternoon/blue-hour gives the most flattering tones.

How It Works

• 2. Route & package lock-in → we confirm locations and timing; deposit to hold the slot.
• 3. Optional styling → hanbok fitting and/or H&MU appointment.
• 4. Guided shoot → relaxed walking route with natural posing and live previews.
• 5. Delivery → RAWs same/next day; retouched set within a short turnaround (express available).
